The number of homes sold through the MLS® System of the REALTORS® Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound totaled 392 units in April 2021. This was more than double the levels from a year earlier, increasing 208.7% from April 2020 when sales reached their lowest level for the month in more than 30 years.
Active residential listings numbered 406 units on the market at the end of April, a substantial decline of 45.7% from the end of April 2020. Active listings haven’t been this low in the month of April in more than three decades.
Although Market inventory is up compared to last year, the opportunity to capitalize on the lack of inventory is now! If you are considering buying or selling, please contact our team for information and comparables specific to your property!*
