Dylan’s deep-seated roots started on the family farm just outside of Owen Sound. Dylan has also had a second home here on the tip of the Bruce Peninsula for nearly two decades! This connection to the land in both Grey and Bruce gave him an appreciation of everything there is to offer. The Bruce Peninsula is where Dylan worked his summer job for many years at the National Parks, eventually managing a business in the area, and now lives full-time in Tobermory. He is truly in love with the area and the wonderful local community!

Some interesting facts about Dylan!

I enjoy being in the air whenever possible! It started as a childhood dream when our school visited the Billy Bishop Museum in Owen Sound and then I finally took to the skies solo for the first time over 6yrs ago!

I love working on, driving, and talking vintage vehicles! It started with my 1974 VW camper van and later a cherry red 1987 Corvette. I highly enjoy being part of the Grey/Bruce Sunset Cruises and their driving car shows!

The number of homes sold through the MLS® System of the REALTORS® Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound totaled 327 units in July 2021. This was a large decline of 27.7% from July 2020. On a year-to-date basis, home sales totaled 2,180 units over the first seven months of the year. This increased by 23.6% from the same period in 2020. Active residential listings numbered 584 units on the market at the end of July, a substantial decline of 21.3% from the end of July 2020. Active listings haven’t been this low in the month of July in more than three decades.
